Lead Poisoning Reduction Act; creates "Florida Childhood Lead Poisoning Reduction Act"; provides for establishment of statewide program for prevention, screening, diagnosis, & treatment of lead poisoning; requires Lead Poisoning Prevention Commission to develop proposal for implementation of mandatory inspections of all affected properties or to develop alternative measures of enforcement & penalties to ensure compliance with lead-free or lead-safe standards, etc.
