GENERAL BILL by Dawson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Wilson ; Miller ; Bullard
Motor Vehicles/Unattended Children; revises elements of noncriminal infraction to prohibit leaving child younger than specified age unattended or unsupervised in motor vehicle for any period of time; increases penalty & provides additional penalties. Amends 316.6135.
