Annuity Investments by Seniors; provides purpose & definitions; specifies duties of insurers & insurance agents re making annuity investment recommendations to senior consumers; limits responsibility of insurers or insurance agents under certain circumstances; provides for enforcement by Insurance Regulation Office & Financial Services Dept.; provides exemption from application for variable annuities, etc. Creates 627.4554.
