Experimental Research/Consent; provides exception for receiving patient consent for certain treatment for certain federally approved experimental research; provides for unwed pregnant minor to consent to participation in certain federally approved research; provides exception to disciplinary action for certain experimentation without consent for certain federally approved research. Amends 381.026, 743.065, 458.331.
