GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning ; Bennett

Land Development; provides for issuance of escheatment tax deed that is free & clear of any tax certificates, accrued taxes, & liens of any nature for certain properties; provides legislative findings re shortage of affordable rentals in state; requires local government to address certain water supply sources in its comprehensive plan; revises powers of county governments to regulate lands, etc. Amends FS.
