Identity of Child/Pub. Rec.; provides that personal identifying information of child or child's parent or guardian held by children's service council, juvenile welfare board, or other entity created under that section or by special law is exempt from requirement that public records be open to inspection & duplication; provides for future repeal & legislative review under Open Government Sunset Review Act of 1995; provides statement of public necessity, etc. Amends 125.901.
