GENERAL BILL by Bennett
Powers Of Public Service Commission; authorizes Public Service Commission to use regulatory incentives to encourage utility to obtain capacity, energy, & ancillary services from entity unaffiliated with utility under certain circumstances; prohibits utility from using incentives to acquire capacity, energy, or ancillary services from affiliate of utility. Amends 366.05.
