Right to Speedy Trial; creates time limits within which person charged with crime by information or indictment must be brought to trial; permits state attorneys to file demand for speedy trial; provides conditions that must be met in order to do so; requires that trial judge schedule calendar call upon filing of demand for speedy trial in order to schedule trial; prescribes conditions under which trial court may extend trial date. Creates 918.0151.
