Homestead/Caretakers/Elderly Parents; authorizes counties & municipalities to provide by ordinance additional homestead exemption of up to $25,000 to persons who have certain elderly parents living with them instead of in certain facilities for elderly; requires ordinance to be provided to property appraiser; provides for tax liens against property of persons receiving exemption without entitlement, etc. Creates 196.0752.
