Voting/Disabled Persons; requires supervisor of elections to post at all polling places Voter's Bill of Rights printed in large bold type; directs that said rights contain notice of availability of accommodations for person's with disabilities; requires that training for poll workers include instructions on voter's right to obtain, & duty of each supervisor of elections to provide, accommodations during voting process, etc. Amends 101.031, 102.014.
