Retired Teachers/Reemployment; authorizes district school boards to reemploy certain retired teachers under certain circumstances; deletes certain reemployment criteria & limitations; provides legislative intent pertaining to funding & implementation; provides that certain reemployment & retirement benefits are available to instructional personnel employed by developmental research schools & Fla. School for Deaf & Blind, etc. Amends 238.181.
