GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Saunders

Soisson Protective Injunction Act; cites act as "Tonda Soisson Protective Injunction Act"; deletes definition of term "repeat violence" for purposes of protective injunctions; provides for injunction for protection in cases of violence rather than in cases of repeat violence; provides requirements for petition for protection against violence; provides that it is first-degree misdemeanor to violate injunction for protection against violence, etc. Amends & reenacts FS.
