Disabled/Spinal Cord Injuries; deletes requirement that registered nurse referred by nurse registry make monthly visits to patient; makes program for personal care attendants for spinal cord injury victims permanent; provides powers & duties of DOH re program; provides criteria for participation in program; provides for oversight workgroup. Amends 400.506, 413.402,.4021.
