CS/HB 545: DOC/Construction Managers

GENERAL BILL by Brown

DOC/Construction Managers; provides that process for selecting construction managers for state correctional facilities construction projects may be non-project-specific, notwithstanding other provisions of law; provides for preselection of construction managers for future projects; provides for advertising requirements in connection with selection of construction managers. Amends 944.10.
