GENERAL BILL by Kosmas ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brandenburg ; Bucher ; Robaina ; Roberson, Y ; Slosberg
Motor Vehicles/Riding on Exterior; prohibits certain persons from riding on exterior of passenger vehicle or in areas not designed or intended for use of passengers on certain vehicles; prohibits certain minors from riding within body of pickup truck or flatbed truck; provides exceptions & penalties; authorizes counties & municipalities to exempt themselves from such prohibition. Amends 316.2015,.008.
