SB 628: Lottery Funds
GENERAL BILL by Wise
Lottery Funds; provides for transfer of percentage of unclaimed lottery prize moneys into Educational Enhancement TF; provides for uses of such moneys; requires that remaining unclaimed funds be added to pool from which future prizes are to be awarded or used for special prize promotions; increases percentage of gross revenue from sale of on-line lottery tickets & other lottery revenue which must be deposited into said trust fund, etc. Amends 24.115,.121.
