Insurance Field Representatives; includes service warranty agreement sales covering communications equipment under certain limited licensing provisions; revises provisions re licensure of branch locations; prescribes renewal fees for specified branch locations; revises qualification for licensure as general lines agent; removes provision requiring that per-policy fee be included in motor vehicle insurer's rate filing. Amends 626.321,.731, 627.7295.
