Peace Creek Drainage Dist./Polk Co.; abolishes Peace Creek Drainage District & transfers its powers, duties, functions, assets, & liabilities to Lake Region Lakes Management District; amends provisions of charter of said district, as amended to redefine territorial boundaries of district, clarify eligibility to vote for members of board of commissioners of district, & to prohibit said board from taking specified actions re canals & waterways within areas of district.
