JOINT RESOLUTION by Troutman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Allen ; Ambler ; Culp ; Dean ; Gannon ; Goodlette ; Grant ; Kendrick ; Machek ; Murzin ; Robaina ; Stargel ; Taylor, P

Term Limits/Constitutional Officers; constitutional amendment to increase, from 8 to 12, number of consecutive years state legislator may serve in that office before being denied right to have his or her name appear on ballot for re-election to that office; applies to those officers whose consecutive years in office begin in November 2006 or thereafter, etc. Amends s. 4, Art. VI; creates s. 26, Art. XII.
