GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Consumer Services ; Garcia

Professional Sports Franchises; increases number of facilities certified by Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office as facilities for new professional sports franchise or as facilities for retained franchise; provides additional exception to disqualification for certification of applicant when franchise formed basis of previous certification; specifies date on which applicant certified after effective date of act may receive disbursements, etc. Amends 288.1162.
