Liability/Streetlight Providers; includes certain security or area lights within definition of term "streetlight"; limits liability of streetlight provider for injury or death or property damage affected or caused by malfunctioning streetlight; provides procedures for notice & repair of malfunctioning streetlights as condition for limited liability; limits liability of public utility or electric utility that discontinues service to streetlight, etc. Creates 768.1382.
