Disclaimer of Property Interests Act; cites act as Fla. Uniform Disclaimer of Property Interests Act; prescribes general provisions re persons' powers to disclaim interest in or power over property; prescribes rules applicable to disclaimer of interest in property & interests in property held as tenancy by entirety; prescribes effect of tax-qualified disclaimer, etc. Creates 739.101-.701; amends 731.201, 121.091, 710.121; repeals 689.21, 732.801.
