GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Garcia
Insurance; provides that Insurance Regulation Office may by order declare classes of insurance eligible for export; provides that such order continues in effect until vacated or modified; provides that insured's representative may file independently procured coverage with service office & remit taxes & fees; revises presumption of disability for purposes of workers compensation & establishing tobacco-use standards, etc. Amends Chs. 626, 628, 943.
