Community Contribution Tax Credit; increases amount of available annual community contribution tax credits; requires Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to reserve portions of certain annual tax credits for donations made to eligible sponsors for projects that provide homeownership opportunities for certain households; limits application of certain retaliatory tax provisions under certain circumstances, etc. Amends 212.08, 220.03,.183, 624.5105.
