Dental Hygienists; revises provisions re members & meetings of Council on Dental Hygiene; provides procedures for council & Board of Dentistry to consider rule & policy recommendations of council; expands scope & area of practice of dental hygienists to include practice with physicians; expands scope & area of practice of such hygienists to include screening & referral of patients for comprehensive dental examinations. Amends 466.004,.023.
