GENERAL BILL by Rich ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Margolis
Adoption; provides that person who is homosexual is eligible to be adoptive parent under certain enumerated circumstances; requires that eligibility criteria be met by clear & convincing evidence. Amends 63.042.
