Residence of Sexual Offenders; revises provisions re use of prior felonies for sexual predator determination; revises provision re offender driver's license or identification card renewal; prohibits person who has been convicted of certain sexual offenses in another state or federal jurisdiction from residing within 1,000 feet of certain specified locations if victim was younger than 16 years of age, etc. Amends Chs. 775, 944, 943.0435, 794.065.
