GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Atwater
Insurable Interests; authorizes trust, partnership, limited liability company, or similar entity approved by university meeting specified criteria to own or purchase life insurance on consenting person; prescribes guidelines & requirements for such life insurance; requires approval by Financial Services Dept. Amends 627.404.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
