GENERAL BILL by Judiciary Committee ; Simmons ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ambler ; Baxley ; Bullard ; Roberson, Y ; Ross

Fla. Minimum Wage Act; provides periods of limitations on actions for violations of said act; creates said act; provides legislative intent to implement s. 24, Art. X of State Constitution in accordance with authority granted to Legislature therein; requires employers to pay certain employees minimum wage for all hours worked in Fla. & requires minimum wage to be adjusted annually; incorporates provisions of federal Fair Labor Standards Act, etc. Amends FS.
