SB 1760: Automated External Defibrillators

GENERAL BILL by Geller

Automated External Defibrillators; authorizes certain businesses to have said defibrillators on their premises; provides for training in operation & maintenance thereof by local emergency medical services provider at no cost to business; provides immunity from civil liability; provides exemption from tax on sales, use, & other transactions for said defibrillators purchased by certain businesses. Amends 401.2915, 212.08.
