Motor Vehicle Repairs; requires collision centers, insurance claims centers, & insurance adjusters' offices to display disclosure re selection & ownership of repair facilities; requires certain repair facilities to submit report to Insurance Regulation Office; authorizes office to penalize repair facilities; provides that no order of office or court or holding of hearing will relieve or absolve person from liability, penalty, or forfeiture under law, etc.
