Juvenile/Adjudicatory Hearing; provides time period by which juvenile shall be brought for adjudicatory hearing; repeals Fla. Rule of Juvenile Procedure 8.090 to extent it is inconsistent with act. Amends 985.228.

Effective Date: 07/01/2005 except as otherwise provided
