GENERAL BILL by Lynn
Mammography/Breast Cancer Committee; creates Carole Green Breast Cancer Steering Committee; authorizes Board of Medicine & Board of Osteopathic Medicine to issue citation instead of disciplinary action for first allegation of missed diagnosis for breast cancer via mammogram; provides for limitation on noneconomic damages for negligence of health care practitioners who provide mammography services; provides for severability, etc. Amends 456.077, 766.118; creates 766.119.
