LOCAL BILL by Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
Pasco Co./Infrastructure Surtax; provides that resolution of District School Board of Pasco Co. which provides for receipt of proceeds from local government infrastructure surtax authorized under specified provision, may include covenant to decrease capital local school property taxes or discontinue surtax in certain circumstances.
