GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Commerce and Consumer Services ; Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn ; Fasano ; Dockery ; Bennett

Public Housing; authorizes Fla. Housing Finance Corporation to waive annual recertification under certain conditions; clarifies legislative finding re inability of private enterprise to revitalize blighted areas; authorizes housing authority to organize for purpose of creating for-profit or not-for-profit corporation, limited liability company, or similar entity to develop & operate residential homes or nonresidential projects, etc. Amends Ch. 421, 420.5087.
