Substance Abuse Treatment; authorizes DCFS to expand certain demonstration models; includes intensive inpatient treatment within service components provided by licensed service provider; defines term "medical monitoring"; amends provision re county public hospital surtax to conform cross-reference; amends provisions re treatment services & drug-free workplace program to conform cross-references, etc. Amends Chs. 394, 397, 212.055, 440.102; reenacts 397.405(8), 397.407(1).
