Developmental Disabilities; requires AHCA to develop model waiver program to serve children with specified disorders; requires agency to seek federal waiver approval & implement approved waiver subject to availability of funds & certain limitations; authorizes rules. Amends 409.912. APPROPRIATION: $418,000.
