GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Posey ; Lynn
Temporary Custody of Child; defines term "extended family member"; authorizes extended family member to bring proceeding in court to determine temporary custody of child; specifies information that must be included in petition for temporary custody by extended family member or putative father; provides that either or both of child's parents may petition court to modify order granting temporary custody under certain circumstances, etc. Amends 751.011,.02,.03,.05.
