GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Consumer Services ; Margolis ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
Game Promotion/Consumer Products; provides that operator of game promotion in which total announced value of prizes offered is greater than $5,000 need include only material terms of rules & regulations of game in all advertising copy used in connection therewith if advertising copy contains information for obtaining full rules & regulations of game. Amends 849.094.
