Third-party Liability; expands authority of DOR to provide AHCA with tax info.; reenacts provision re records & files as public records, to incorporate amendment in reference thereto; requires third-party liability administrators & pharmacy benefits managers to provide certain records & info. re payments on behalf of Medicaid-eligible persons; requires personal representative of decedent to provide copy of death certificate to AHCA. Amends FS; reenacts 206.27(2).
