GENERAL BILL by Lawson
Fireworks; specifies persons & entities responsible for enforcing specified provisions; revises registration requirements for manufacturers, distributors, & wholesalers of sparklers or fireworks & retailers of sparklers; requires separate registration for each location at which sparklers are sold; prohibits sale or delivery of sparklers to minors; prohibits sales from motorized or movable apparatus, etc. Amends Ch. 791.
