Ad Valorem Taxes/Major Disaster Area; authorizes governing body of county that has been declared major disaster area to adopt options extending time in which property tax payment made by property owner qualifies for early-payment discount; provides early-payment options; provides that additional tax notices are not required under certain circumstances; provides for expiration.
