SB 1314: Services for Seniors
GENERAL BILL by Rich ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn
Services for Seniors; authorizes each county to create independent special district to provide funding for services for seniors; requires approval by majority vote of electors to annually levy ad valorem taxes not to exceed certain maximum; clarifies that county may provide services for seniors or create special district to provide such services by general or special law, etc. Creates 125.903; amends 189.404.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
