Health Care Info. & Transparency Act; specifies purpose of Coordinated Health Care Information & Transparency Act; renames State Center for Health Statistics as Fla. Center for Health Information & Policy Analysis; requires AHCA to oversee & manage health care data from certain state agencies; revises date by which AHCA must make available on its Internet website certain drug prices; authorizes AHCA to develop electronic health information network, etc. Amends Ch. 408, 20.42.
