Insurance/Electronic Statements; amends provisions re viatical settlement providers to specify beginning date for submission of required annual statement; amends specified provisions re viatical settlement providers, premium finance companies, & continuing care providers to authorize Financial Services Commission to require by rule that certain statements or filings be submitted by electronic means in certain format, etc. Amends FS.
