Supervised Visitation/Children; repeals provisions re Fla. Family Visitation Network; provides legislative finding & intent re administering supervised visitation programs; provides for use of funds generated from additional fee on requests for certification of birth to be used by said programs to meet security standards; encourages said programs to develop partnerships with community organizations, etc. Amends Ch. 753, 943.135, 382.0255; creates 943.254.
