Cigarettes/Transportation & Sale; defines term "brand family"; imposes fee on certain cigarettes; requires development, maintenance, & publication by Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Div. of list of nonsettling manufacturers of cigarettes which have certified their compliance with act; prohibits sale or possession for sale of counterfeit cigarettes; provides additional source of revenue to Tobacco Settlement TF, etc. Amends Ch. 210, 17.41; reenacts 772.102(1)(a), 895.02(1)(a). APPROPRIATION: $2,480,028.
