CS/SB 2000: Ethics/Public Officers & Employees
GENERAL BILL by Ethics and Elections ; Posey
Ethics/Public Officers & Employees; prohibits employees of state & its political subdivisions from participating in political campaign; prohibits certain disclosures or use by former public officer, agency employee, or local government attorney; clarifies that existing postemployment restrictions apply to certain agency employees; redefines term "expenditure" for purposes of provisions governing lobbying before Legislature, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: 10/01/2006 except as otherwise provided
