GENERAL BILL by Baker

Petroleum Contamination; creates presumption regarding source of subsequently discovered discharge at certain petroleum contamination sites; provides exceptions to application of presumption; specifies that certain provisions concerning site rehabilitation agreements do not apply to subsequently discovered discharge; prohibits DEP from requiring soil or groundwater sampling re closure assessments at certain sites, etc. Creates 376.30716.
