SB 2212: Advanced RN Practitioner
GENERAL BILL by Saunders
Advanced RN Practitioner; provides that advanced registered nurse practitioner who meets certain criteria is not required to carry professional liability insurance; requires licensee to pay certain dollar amounts under certain circumstances re claim of medical malpractice; requires probable cause panel of Board of Nursing to make determination of probable cause; provides minimum requirements for disciplinary action, etc. Creates 464.0186.
